Sports Performance Training
We focus on bulletproofing the body so that you can stay in the game and perform. Sitting around injured is no fun and doesn't help the team. We target weak links such as the core and flexibility in order to reduce the risk of injuries. Athletes between the ages of 13 and up work together at their own level and pace. Many athletes began unable to perform simple exercises such as push-up or chin-ups but after 8 weeks they're able to perform the basics with a new found confidence.
