Schedule a FREE strategy session so we can get to know you better. At this point, we will go through a gentle fitness assessment to determine a plan of action.
SMALL GROUP STRENGTH CLASS
LARGE GROUP METABOLIC CLASS
All of our classes are 60 minutes long. Each workout starts out with a fun challenging warm-up.
We utilize a variety of equipment in our classes such as kettlebells, med balls, TRX, bands, ropes and much more to keep things fun and exciting.
Our Small Group Strength classes are limited to 8 individuals. It's designed for sculpting and building strength. We finish each strength day with a core/ metabolic finisher. Each strength workout will move you closer to reaching your dream body.
Our Large Group Metabolic classes are limited to 12 individuals. This class is designed to get you to MOVE and sweat, so don't forget your fitbit. We incorporate a variety of running and track drills that will be sure to shape your calfs, legs, and glutes.
P.S. Everyone works at their own pace, so our classes are for all levels and abilities.
