I first met Thiago while preparing for a 120 mile relay trail race. As an individual who was constantly battling with hip and hip flexor related issues I was looking for someone to give me some knowledge and strength exercises to battle these issues, Thiago did exactly that. With his knowledge and experience helping people reach their goals he took me through 7 weeks of a strength and stretching class. By the end of program he left me with a step by step guide and the comfort to address certain issues.
